What exactly is a ‘Community Build’?
Pateley-Moor has a rich, well-established reputation for conducting ‘Community Build’ events. For more than 12 years we have being offering our customers the opportunity to have their equipment installed via a ‘Community Build.’ And in fact, we are the only company in Australia who believes in the benefits of our company plus your community working together, in a truly “hands on” approach.

Why choose ‘Community Build’ over “regular” Installation?
While it is sometimes preferable for members of Pateley-Moor’s Installation Team to complete the playground construction, often your community is more than willing and able to help out. While the play equipment arrives to you mostly pre-assembled, (thanks to our Mates in the factory), there are a lot of little tasks that people of all ages and abilities can help with, to get it standing in the ground, and looking great!
For your effort & participation, Pateley-Moor provides tea & coffee (for that essential ‘morning tea’ break), as well as a BBQ feast at lunchtime (steak, chicken, vegetarian & salads, soft drinks, water etc.) Plus, everyone looks great in their complimentary CB logo t-shirt (in high-visibility safety orange or yellow, of course).
So what about support?
Like it says, We love Community Build! This means our trained Installers will be there for you, every step of the way, for the entirety of the installation period. We have a wealth of knowledge about playgrounds; we really know the nuts and bolts of the business! Questions & queries are no match for our knowledgeable employees, and you can trust they’ll help make your Community Build 100% successful.
Say G’DAY to the ‘Working Bee Wagon’
An essential component of a Pateley-Moor ‘Community Build’ is a specially-built trailer, dubbed the ‘Working Bee Wagon.’ It arrives on Installation Day complete with a barbeque, generator & specialised construction tools:
